Mercury Free Day

Well, having spent thousands of dollars in oral health my mouth is now mercury free! My Dentist is very anti mercury amalgams. He gave me a fact sheet and I found the following line amusing. 'It is illegal to put it in the garbage, the sewer or the dain. In fact it seems the only legal place to keep this material is in the mouth of a living person' ! Check out axomat for more details.
Anyway, I am glad that I no longer have this heavy metal slowly releasing its toxic load into my system. It is fairly scary what this metal can actually do to someone and my dentist says most people report to him they start feeling a whole lot better once this toxin is removed from their mouth. Anyway, there is only so far you can go discussing oral health. I don't actually mind going to the dentist yet it is not the needle that hurts it is the bill they hand you after you leave the chair that is really painful. Ouch!
Six weeks and five days till blast off.
